We have an opening for an organized Inventory Clerk at our warehouse in Boise, Idaho. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the tracking and management of our inventory. Your duties will include conducting physical counts, reconciling inventory records, processing receipts and shipments, and maintaining organized stock areas. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy are essential for success in this position. You'll be an integral part of our logistics operations, ensuring that we maintain optimal stock levels. Safety is our top priority; therefore, proper handling procedures and the use of PPE are mandatory. This role involves some Lifting.
Responsibilities:
- Perform physical counts of inventory items.
- Reconcile inventory records with physical counts.
- Process incoming receipts and outgoing shipments.
- Organize and maintain stockroom areas.
- Identify and report any discrepancies or damages.
- Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy in the WMS.
- Follow all warehouse Safety procedures and guidelines.
- Use appropriate PPE for all tasks.
- Support the logistics team with inventory-related tasks.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in inventory control or warehousing is beneficial.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to perform light to moderate Lifting.
- Understanding of warehouse Safety practices.
- Good organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
