We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Coordinator to oversee and manage our operations in Phoenix, Arizona. This key position requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a comprehensive understanding of warehouse **logistics**. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods, managing inventory, coordinating staff, and maintaining a high standard of **safety** and efficiency throughout the facility. This role is vital to our supply chain and requires a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance and training.
- Manage inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and minimizing discrepancies.
- Coordinate the receiving and dispatching of goods, optimizing **logistics** flow.
- Implement and enforce **safety** procedures and protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
- Oversee the proper use and maintenance of warehouse equipment.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulations.
- Generate reports on inventory, shipments, and operational efficiency.
- Manage **PPE** supplies and ensure staff adherence to **safety** requirements.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, **logistics**, and inventory management systems.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to handle **lifting** and physical tasks as needed, up to 50 lbs.
- Proficiency in warehouse management software (WMS).
- Commitment to maintaining a **safe** and productive work environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
