Join our dynamic team in the heart of Los Angeles, California, as a Fulfillment Associate! We are seeking highly motivated individuals to be part of our fast-paced e-commerce fulfillment center. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently, from receiving to shipping. Your responsibilities will include picking products, packing them with care, and preparing them for dispatch. This position is vital to our Logistics operations, directly impacting customer satisfaction. We foster a collaborative environment where efficiency, accuracy, and Safety are top priorities. The ideal candidate will possess excellent attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively in a team setting. Prior experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or similar environment is advantageous, but we are committed to training enthusiastic individuals eager to learn. You will be expected to adhere to all company policies and Safety guidelines, including the proper use of required PPE. Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming inventory, ensuring accuracy in counts and quality checks.
- Pick and pack customer orders with speed and precision.
- Verify order accuracy before sealing and labeling packages.
- Utilize scanning equipment and warehouse management systems to track inventory and orders.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks.
- Assist with inventory cycle counts and stock putaway.
- Adhere to all company Safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE at all times.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of items up to 40 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and Logistics.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity goals.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to following Safety procedures.
