Due to continued growth and a strong project pipeline, we are seeking a Senior Estimator to join our dynamic commercial team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in delivering high-profile building projects across Leinster while working alongside an experienced leadership team in a progressive and well-established company.

You will analyse risks and opportunities, support project teams throughout the pre-construction phase, and play a critical role in securing new business.
You will: Review and manage tender enquiry documentation Analyse client requirements and identify commercial risks and opportunities Prepare and issue subcontract and materials enquiries Assess and negotiate subcontractor quotations Develop detailed cost estimates for both permanent and indirect works Ensure labour and plant allocations align with programme requirements Present tender submissions to Directors for adjudication Finalise and submit high-quality commercial tenders What We're Looking For Minimum 6 years' experience as an Estimator and/or Quantity Surveyor Background with a Main Contractor or Specialist Sub-Contractor Strong commercial acumen and analytical ability Ability to manage multiple tenders and deadlines Excellent communication and presentation skills The Opportunity This role offers real influence within the business, exposure to major projects, and the chance to build a long-term career with a contractor that values expertise, professionalism, and ambition.
