Job Purpose
This role exists to develop the customer and channel strategy for the Foods category across key retail groups and the value-channel segment, driving long-term business development as part of the Sales Foods team.

- Develop a three‑year Foods channel strategy for major retail groups and key value‑channel customers.
- Lead Key Account Managers in sales‑fundamentals analyses and creation of joint customer business plans.
- Influence internal and external stakeholders to secure resources and enable data‑driven growth across all channels.
- Deliver revenue, profit and market‑share targets for all assigned customers.
- Capture value, share insights, and apply learnings across the German market and the business‑unit team.
- Prepare and lead annual business‑planning sessions and negotiation meetings in alignment with category and customer teams.
- University degree in business administration, economics, marketing, sales management or another relevant field.
- 3–4 years of experience in sales or customer‑facing roles (e.g., Account Management).
- At least 2 years of experience in brand building, customer and channel development, or related commercial functions.
- Field force management experience is a plus.
- Strong commercial skills: Category management expertise, data analytics (e.g., Nielsen, GfK) and ability to turn insights into actions.
- Cross‑functional collaboration & influencing: Ability to align and mobilize teams across functions and seniority levels.
- Negotiation & stakeholder management: Proven experience leading key customer negotiations and managing strategic relationships.
- Digital commerce knowledge: Ability to apply modern digital‑commerce practices to drive channel performance.
- Language skills: Fluent in German and English.
- 38-hour work week with flexible hours and the option for remote work
- 30 days of vacation plus December 24th and 31st off
