Pay & Perks:

• $20 – $26/hour based on experience and performance

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Safely operating a 26’ box truck (non-CDL)

• Leading a crew on residential and commercial moves

• Setting the pace, tone, and standard on every job

• Protecting furniture, homes, and customer trust

• Loading and unloading with efficiency and attention to detail

• Communicating clearly with customers and your team throughout the day

What We’re Looking For:

This is not an entry-level role. We’re looking for professionals who...

• Have at least 2+ years of residential moving experience

• Have 1+ year driving a box truck and/or leading a crew

• Take ownership of the job from start to finish

• Work efficiently without cutting corners

• Stay composed under pressure and lead by example

• Care about reputation, not just getting through the day

Other Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license with clean MVR (for drivers)

• Ability to lift 100+ lbs repeatedly

• Must pass background check

• Drug-free workplace

• Must be 21+

• Reliable transportation to and from work
