Job Description:

The position follows standard work instructions and practices safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible.

Essential Functions:

· Tool Change and leak test

· Operate Chiron Drill, forklift, and Okuma lathes

· Hardness Tests

· Re-balance, inspect and palletize parts

· Inspect Parts

· Equipment and Hand Tools operated:

· Allen Wrenches

· Files / die grinders

· Deburring Knives

· General shop tools

Skills/Experience:

Education and Aptitudes:

· High School Diploma or GED

· Consider reading, writing, and math

· Stand on feet 8+ hours a day

· Pick up minimum of 50lbs. repetitively

· Motor coordination

· Eye-hand-foot coordination

· Color discrimination/distinction

· Work off shift/overtime

Required Skills:

· No carpooling, must have their own car and must have a valid Driver's License

· No difficulty or physical restriction that would prevent candidate from lifting 60 lbs repeatedly.

Desired Skills:

No job hopping, need steady manufacturing employment
