Fulfillment Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a dependable and driven Fulfillment Specialist to join our production team. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in accuracy, and thrives in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble and build signage components with precision and care
• Learn and become highly skilled in the signage production process, including working with a variety of materials and tools
• Package and kit materials accurately for shipping or delivery according to job specifications
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Communicate proactively with the Fulfillment Director and team members to understand project requirements and expectations
• Ask questions and clarify details to ensure high-quality output and avoid errors
• Collaborate with team members while also working independently
• Support inventory organization and material handling

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a manufacturing or fast-paced warehouse environment
• Confident using electric hand tools
• Able to read a tape measure with high accuracy
• Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs and standing for the majority of the shift
• Reliable transportation and consistent, on-time attendance
• Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn and improve quickly
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills
• Experience with signage production or large-format materials is a plus
