Golf Shop Attendant

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service & Sales: Greet guests, handle check-ins, process payments (green fees, rentals) using POS systems, and sell merchandise.
• Tee Time Management: Schedule tee times, manage tournaments, and handle member/guest inquiries over the phone and in person

Shop Maintenance:  

Keep the pro shop, displays, and surrounding areas clean, tidy, and well-stocked.

• Cart Fleet Management: Ensure golf carts are clean, staged, and functional (or in storage).
• Operations & Safety: Open/close the shop, follow safety procedures, and enforce course rules. 

Qualifications

• Experience: Previous customer service or retail experience preferred, along with familiarity with golf rules and etiquette.
• Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills (POS systems).
• Flexibility: Ability to work weekends, holidays, and early mornings.
• Physical: Ability to stand for long periods and lift light loads.
