Fulfillment Assistant (Forklift Certified)

East Orange, NJ | Full-Time | On-site

About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Fulfillment Assistant to support daily warehouse operations in East Orange, NJ . This role focuses on order fulfillment (pick/pack/ship) and safe forklift operation to ensure accurate, timely shipments.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently

• Operate a forklift safely to move pallets, materials, and finished goods

• Label, stage, and prepare shipments for carrier pickup

• Verify order details and inspect products for quality control

• Assist with inventory organization and cycle counts

• Load/unload deliveries as needed

• Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow safety procedures

Qualifications

• Forklift certification required (must be able to provide proof)

• Warehouse/fulfillment experience preferred (not required)

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods

• Strong attention to detail and dependable attendance

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred

• Reliable transportation to East Orange, NJ
