· Wage: Earn a competitive rate $18 per hour, with annual reviews to ensure your compensation reflects your hard work. Review increase after first 6 months to start.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

As a Warehouse Associate performing essential skilled labor duties, your daily responsibilities will include:

· Customer-Focused Order Processing: Process orders while maintaining the highest level of customer service. You'll interact with trade professionals and DIY enthusiasts alike, ensuring their needs are met with precision.

· Hands-On Metal Handling: Cut customer orders to specification using various metal cutting equipment, including band saws and hydraulic shears.

· Material Movement: Safely operate a forklift to move and organize materials throughout the warehouse.

· Receiving & Inventory Management: Receive, identify, record, and stock incoming materials while ensuring inventory accuracy.

· Equipment Maintenance: Assist in the upkeep of critical equipment (forklifts, saws, etc.) with a strong focus on health and safety.

· Warehouse Organization: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with all safety regulations.

· Additional Duties: Perform other related tasks as needed to support our operations such as delivery driver

WHAT YOU BRING:

We’re looking for a Warehouse Associate who demonstrates:

· Excellent Customer Relationship Skills: Your ability to communicate effectively and build rapport is essential.

· Precision & Attention to Detail: Strong math skills and comfort with measuring instruments (tape measure, calipers, etc.) is a must.

· Physical Stamina: You must be physically able to frequently lift or move metal products weighing between 50-100 lbs.

· Safety Mindset: A commitment to health and safety protocols, ensuring every task is completed safely.

· Skilled Labor Expertise: As a skilled worker, you’ll bring your knowledge and hands-on experience to a role that values precision, efficiency, and safety at every turn.

· Forklift experience is preferred.

· Metal cutting and shearing experience preferred
