Material Handler – Moundsville, WV ($18/hr)

Position Overview

We are hiring dependable Material Handlers in Moundsville, WV . This position requires full availability for all shifts , including days, nights, weekends, and overtime . Candidates must be comfortable working in a heavy industrial environment with variable shift lengths and physically demanding conditions.

???? Schedule Requirements

You must be available for all of the following:

Day Shifts

• 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• 8–10 hour variable shifts

Night Shift

• 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM (8‑hour shift)

Weekend Day Shift

• 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• 8–11 hour variable shifts

Additional Availability

• Nights
• Weekends
• Overtime

???? Job Responsibilities

• Load, unload, move, and stage materials throughout the facility
• Load bulk and boxed trucks
• Mix, crush, transport, and load raw materials into the hopper
• Operate pallet jacks, carts, and other material‑handling equipment
• Perform accurate counts of incoming and outgoing materials
• Support production teams with material flow and inventory needs
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Perform general labor duties as assigned

• Basic math skills (counting, measuring, tracking inventory)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical labor for the entire shift
• Willingness to work in a heavy industrial environment that may be:
  • Dusty
  • Physically demanding
  • Hot or cold
  • Wet or dirty
• Strong attendance and reliability
• Ability to work safely and follow instructions
• Previous warehouse or industrial experience is helpful but not required

Mechanic / Maintenance Technician – Moundsville, WV

Employment Type:

Full-Time (40+ hours/week)

Pay: $23–$25 per hour (based on experience)

Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Mechanic / Maintenance Technician to join our maintenance team in a heavy industrial environment . The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, hands-on experience with industrial equipment, and the ability to perform preventative maintenance and repairs safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime.

???? Key Responsibilities

• Rebuild, repair, and install mechanical systems including gearboxes, hydraulic components, pumps, and related equipment
• Perform routine preventative maintenance to reduce equipment failures and downtime
• Diagnose mechanical issues and implement effective, timely repairs
• Operate power tools, hoists, forklifts, and other maintenance equipment safely
• Use precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and alignment instruments
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Complete work orders and collaborate with the maintenance team to prioritize tasks
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

???? Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance or heavy equipment repair
• Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring devices
• Strong mechanical skills including welding, fabrication, and basic plumbing
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• Solid understanding of mechanical and hydraulic systems
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varied environmental conditions (hot, cold, dusty, wet)
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
