Pay Rate: $40/Hourly on W2.

Shifts: 8hours/day 

Guarantee  hours: 32

Holiday Billing Policy

Holiday pay applies only if the shift begins on the holiday.

Example:

Shift starting 11:00 PM on July 4 → Paid at holiday rate for entire shift

Shift starting 11:00 PM on July 3 → No holiday rate, even if it extends into July 4

Position Summary

The Materials Supply Specialist is responsible for managing the receipt, storage, and distribution of medical supplies to support daily operations. This role ensures accurate inventory control, timely supply delivery, and compliance with organizational standards in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and stock medical supplies and equipment in designated storage areas.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels, perform cycle counts, and report discrepancies.
• Distribute supplies to departments in a timely and efficient manner.
• Monitor supply usage and assist in reordering and replenishment processes.
• Ensure proper labelling, storage, and handling of all materials in compliance with safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage and supply areas.
• Utilize inventory systems and documentation tools for tracking and reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure supply availability and operational continuity.
• Follow all safety protocols and infection control guidelines.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of medical supplies and inventory processes required.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work Saturdays as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Basic computer and data entry skills preferred.
