Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in bundling, wrapping, and securing inventory materials for storage or transport.
• Organize and stage inventory in designated yard areas.
• Use hand tools, straps, and other equipment to bundle products accurately.
• Load and unload materials manually or with forklifts (if certified).
• Keep yard area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Perform routine checks on inventory for damage or misplacement.
• Communicate with supervisors and warehouse staff to coordinate inventory handling.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a yard, warehouse, or construction environment is a plus.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Basic knowledge of material handling and inventory practices.
• Forklift certification is a plus (or willingness to be trained).
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.
