Warehouse Shipping and Receiving Associate

Job Description

Job Summary:

The Signal Group Warehouse Associate will work collaboratively with the Vice President of Operations, Warehouse Manager, and the rest of the Warehouse team to ensure accurate and timely shipping and receiving of products to and from Signal Group’s warehouse. The Warehouse Associate will work proactively and efficiently to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. The Warehouse Associate is also responsible for meeting department and company standards for productivity, product knowledge, resourcefulness, and adaptability.

Monday - Friday 8AM-4:30PM
Saturday 9AM-2PM

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders efficiently and accurately using close attention to detail to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. Assist all other warehouse staff with the same.
• Ensure accuracy of shipments and supporting documentation throughout the shipping process.
• Maintain all inventory control processes, monitor inventory levels, and perform cycle counts as needed.
• Process customer returns and work with the vendor to ensure that vendor returns are approved and credit memos are processed.
