Shifts Available:

1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:15 PM
2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:15 PM
3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:15 AM

Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

Locations:

• East Hanover, NJ
• Whippany, NJ

Job Responsibilities

• Perform daily inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies in the warehouse management system (WMS).
• Receive, inspect, and verify inbound pharmaceutical materials against packing lists and purchase orders.
• Store, organize, and label inventory according to lot numbers, expiration dates, temperature requirements, and GMP guidelines.
• Pick, stage, and prepare materials for production and order fulfillment while maintaining full traceability.
• Monitor product shelf life and identify soontoexpire or nonconforming inventory for quality review.
• Maintain accuracy when using RF scanners and material handling equipment (training provided).
• Follow all cGMP, FDA, and company SOPs to ensure compliance and product integrity.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with pharmaceutical safety and sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with warehouse, production, and quality teams to support efficient material flow.

This role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, and strict adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Background check and drug test may be required.
• Ability to work in a fastpaced, GMPregulated warehouse environment.
• Noise levels may range from moderate to high.
