About the Role

Are you organized, detail-driven, and love seeing tasks through from start to finish? Advanced Food Intolerance Labs (AFIL) is looking for a Fulfillment Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring our customers receive their wellness test kits and products quickly, accurately, and with care.

You’ll manage daily order fulfillment for both our website and wholesale partners, coordinate with customer service on order updates, and maintain organized inventory levels. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a steady workflow, takes pride in accuracy, and thrives in a hands-on, fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Fulfill customer and wholesale orders efficiently and accurately
• Ensure all orders meet fulfillment timeframes
• Maintain organized and accurate inventory records
• Submit inventory restock requests as needed
• Communicate with customer service to update or clarify order details
• Keep the fulfillment area clean, organized, and ready for daily operations
• Assist with bulk shipments to Amazon warehouses (1,000+ kits per month)
• Report any discrepancies or issues to supervisors promptly

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable, self-motivated, and task-oriented
• Quick learner and adaptable to new systems or processes
• Comfortable using technology (e.g., Shopify, spreadsheets, shipping systems)

Experience:

• Fulfillment or warehouse experience is a plus, but not required — we’ll train the right candidate!

Schedule & Compensation

• Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST
• Pay: $17 per hour
• Location: On-site at our fulfillment center — 6316 College Blvd, Overland Park, KS 66211
