Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented BILINGUAL Warehouse office clerk, to join our dynamic logistics team. In this vital role, you will oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure efficient order fulfillment, accurate inventory management, and smooth shipping and receive processes. Your proactive approach will help maintain a well-organized warehouse environment, support e-commerce distribution channels, and uphold high standards of safety and productivity. Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with shipping carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries
• Generate shipping labels and invoices using relevant software
• Track and update shipment status to ensure timely delivery
• Daily KPI & Container data entry
• Handle administrative related task. This includes all administrative issues related to ordering office supplies, contacting vendors and landlords, etc.
• Assist in inventory reconciliation and discrepancy resolution
• Assist with scanning daily outbound orders by using a scan gun
• Assist with labeling orders

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred but not required
• Computer literate; Proficient using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Able to learn and be Proficient in using warehouse management systems and inventory tracking software
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and physically demanding warehouse environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Language in Spanish and English is a MUST.
