Position Summary:

R&A Industries Inc. is seeking an experienced Warehouse Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will contribute to the overall efficiency and organization of our warehouse by performing various duties, including shipping and receiving, inventory management, and providing support to customer service personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in shipping and receiving processes, ensuring accuracy and timely order fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels by conducting cycle counts and implementing inventory control procedures.
• Support customer service personnel in managing special orders and resolving any warehouse-related issues.
• Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, to move and organize stock.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement warehouse process improvements.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations or a related field.
• Proficient in inventory management and warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Knowledge of shipping and receiving best practices, including proper documentation and labeling.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Schedule:

• Full-time position, 40 hours per week.
• Availability for flexible shifts, including occasional weekends and evenings, may be required.
