Pro Shop Attendant

Job Description

We are seeking a Pro Shop Attendant to become an integral part of our team! You will be responsible for selling products, merchandise, and services in a retail setting in order to drive company revenue.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and identify customer needs
• Explain products and services to customers
• Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock
• Enter and process customer orders
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to build rapport with customers
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong negotiation skills

Windridge Golf Course was founded in 1957. We offer year-round golf on our semi-private golf course. Our swimming pool is available for use for private membership from June-August. We are a quiet, casual, family-type club. We offer banquet and meeting room for parties, weddings and business affairs.
