Job Purpose

20-30 hours per week | Start Date: ASAP

As Data Entry and Pick and Pack Associate, you will report to our warehouse manager who knows the ‘ins and outs’ of the business and will be on hand to train and support you. You will be responsible for executing the day-to-day fulfillment center activities including, but not limited to:

- Picking and Packing orders

- Kitting and boxing

- Entering shipping information and printing shipping labels

- Data entry via Excel or Google spreadsheet

- Counting and recording inventory

- Assisting with general warehouse duties

- Maintaining a clean workspace

- Building outgoing pallet orders

- Forklifting - if you are licensed. If interested you can also be trained on this.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with managers and fellow employees to establish, communicate, and execute measurable operations goals that deliver uncompromised safety, quality, service, and performance results.
• Act as a resource for the team to set them up for success.
• Have a positive and motivational tone with the team.
• Ability to print shipping labels from our shipping software. We will train you on this!
• Work daytimes and weekdays (approximately 8am-3pm, Monday- Friday)

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with computers, specifically spreadsheets and emails (fedex.com, ups.com or any other shipping software a plus)
• You can lift medium weight boxes and push or pull items that weigh between 20 and 40 pounds.
• You don’t mind physical work, it energizes you.
• You get the job done and you make things happen, even if the day is not perfect.
• You know how to use a smartphone or computer.
• You have reliable transportation to and from work

Physical Requirements

• We characterize this role as physically demanding. Must be able to perform physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as lifting, walking, balancing, stooping, bending, climbing, pushing, pulling carts, and handling of materials.
• Must be able to regularly lift, carry and/or push and/or pull between 20 to 40 pounds.
• Walking, Standing, Reaching: Up, down or laterally, up to 8 hours combined per day
