Our Allstate Exclusive Agency is looking for an enthusiastic, career-minded individual to join our successful sales team. As a marketing and sales representative, you will be responsible for growing our Auto, Life, & Home insurance business. We are a fast paced Allstate Agency in Humble and need a goal orientated, hard-working individual, to help us expand our market share.

While sales ability is an important part of this position, it is equally important that the right candidate enjoys working with people and has a genuine desire to make a positive difference in someone’s life.
Our mission is to help people prepare & recover from the unexpected whether that is a hurricane, fire, death or disability. Our number one focus is our clients needs.

Requirements & Responsibilities Include:

• Meet "new business" production goals and objectives as established
• Solicit for "new business" via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
• Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales
• Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
• Ask each client for referrals and explain our referral program
• Maintain knowledge of new products
• Be outstanding at relationship building

• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills

• P & C License
• L & H License (preferred but not required)
