Position Overview:
We’re looking for a confident and customer-focused Insurance Sales Representative who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be helping clients find the right coverage, building long-term relationships, and contributing to a positive, supportive team culture.

What You’ll Do:

• Sell personal and commercial insurance products (home, auto, business, etc.)

• Provide outstanding customer service and follow-up

• Manage multiple tasks efficiently — from quoting to policy servicing

• Maintain ethical sales practices and ensure client satisfaction

• Meet or exceed sales goals with the support of our leadership team

What We’re Looking For:

• Active Insurance License (Property & Casualty required)

• Sales experience (insurance or similar field preferred)

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Multitasking ability — organized and proactive

• A positive attitude, high energy, and team-first mentality

Compensation:
 Base salary + commission
