Licensed Sales Producer

Job Description

The Licensed Sales Producer will be responsible for generating leads, consulting with clients on their insurance needs, and presenting tailored policy solutions primarily in property and casualty as well as life insurance. Working within a small team environment, this role requires strong sales capabilities, excellent customer relationship skills, and strict adherence to compliance standards. The Licensed Sales Producer will also manage client accounts and facilitate smooth onboarding experiences with limited local travel expected.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads to build a strong client pipeline
• Consult with clients to assess insurance needs
• Deliver clear and persuasive sales presentations
• Sell property, casualty, and life insurance policies
• Manage accounts and maintain up-to-date customer information
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company guidelines
• Onboard new customers and guide them through policy setup
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships

Required Qualifications
