Farmers Agency Owners across San Diego are hiring driven Sales Producers who want to grow fast, earn more, and make a real impact helping clients protect what matters most.

In this role, you’ll work a mix of warm leads and self-generated opportunities, build your pipeline, and leverage an existing book of business—where your effort directly drives your results and earning potential.

We’re looking for individuals who are competitive, coachable, and driven —with a strong desire to grow and succeed.

Base compensation: Starting $20-$25/hour + commission and bonuses

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Quote, sell, and cross-sell insurance products to new and existing clients
• Identify coverage needs and recommend tailored solutions
• Follow up on leads and close new business opportunities
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
• Track activity and pipeline using CRM systems

What We're Looking For

• Active insurance licenses or willing to obtain prior to hire
• 2+ years of sales experience with a proven track record
• Comfortable with prospecting and cold calling
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Competitive, goal-oriented mindset with a desire to earn more
• Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply
