Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Allstate Insurance Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, identifying insurance needs, and offering tailored coverage solutions. The ideal candidate is sales-driven, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service while growing a profitable book of business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products (auto, home, life, and other lines)
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and community engagement
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals
- Provide ongoing policy support, including renewals, updates, and claims assistance
- Educate clients on coverage options, policy features, and risk management strategies
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation in compliance with company and regulatory standards
- Stay current on industry trends, products, and state insurance regulations
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required or willingness to obtain)
- Prior sales or customer service experience (insurance or financial services preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in basic computer systems and CRM software
