Our growing insurance agency in Alexandria, VA is looking for a motivated and dedicated candidate to join our professional team. We are focused on acquiring and servicing customers for auto, home, life, health and business insurance. Candidates should be enthusiastic and motivated to assist customers with insurance and financial services to help them manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams.

Desired Abilities/Competencies:

Strong work ethic, who enjoys helping customers face-to-face and/or over the phone

Quick learner able to handle multiple tasks

Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook (email) and online computer programs and systems

Insurance licensed and industry experience is preferred but not required

Bilingual, Spanish speaking, is preferred but not required

Compensation is generally a combination of base pay, commissions, and bonuses
