Job Description

We are actively looking for motivated Health Insurance Agents to join our growing team at Odyssey Insurance Agency LLC . Our agents help individuals and families secure Under-65 (U65) health insurance coverage through ACA Marketplace and private health plans.

Whether you are experienced or new to the industry, we provide the training, tools, and support needed to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment .

This is a high-energy, commission-driven sales position focused on helping clients find the right health coverage while building a rewarding career.

Schedule

Monday – Thursday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Friday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Responsibilities

• Assist clients in selecting U65 health insurance plans that best fit their needs
• Educate clients on plan options, coverage details, and benefits
• Help individuals navigate the ACA Marketplace and private insurance options
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and answer questions
• Meet individual and team sales and enrollment goals

Qualifications

• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred (insurance, auto sales, solar, call center, etc.)
• Active Health Insurance License or willingness to obtain one
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and coachable
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Professional attitude and business casual attire required
