Position Summary
We are seeking motivated, high-energy individuals to join our field marketing team as Roofing Canvassers. This role is responsible for generating qualified leads by engaging homeowners in targeted neighborhoods and setting free roof inspection appointments for our sales team.

This is a performance-driven position with strong earning potential and clear growth paths into sales and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Door-to-door engagement in assigned neighborhoods
• Educate homeowners about storm damage, roof aging, and insurance claim options
• Set appointments for free inspections with our project consultants
• Track leads and activity using company CRM tools
• Represent the company professionally in the field
• Attend team meetings and training sessions

• Comfortable working outdoors and walking neighborhoods

• Reliable transportation
• Prior sales or canvassing experience preferred but not required
