Upon completion of credentialing (typically 4–5 months) About the Role: We are seeking a Daytime Post-Acute/LTAC Physician to join our team in the Sebring region. This role offers a flexible schedule, a supportive team environment, and the opportunity to focus on patient care without nights or codes. Compensation & Schedule: Base salary: $285,000 per year
Flexible schedule, typically Monday–Friday with occasional weekends
Collections-based bonuses: Ability to earn an additional guaranteed bonuses per month

Malpractice coverage with tail assistance
Responsibilities: Daytime rounding across post-acute and LTAC facilities
Work alongside 2 APPs to split daily patient census
No procedures or codes required
No night shifts required
Flexible rounding hours
Qualifications: Board-certified/eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or relevant specialty
Experience in post-acute or long-term acute care preferred but not required
