Salary:

• Unqualified: Up to £32,375.89 (including sleep-in shifts)
• Qualified: Up to £33,640.53 (including sleep-in shifts)

Now, we’re on the lookout for passionate Residential Childcare Workers to join our dedicated team in our residential homes!

As a Residential Childcare Support Worker, you will play a vital role in the lives of young people facing challenges. Your flexibility, resilience, and organizational skills will be key as you provide high-quality childcare, helping them achieve their best possible outcomes.

This is a permanent position with fantastic career growth opportunities and a comprehensive training program within our expanding organization. You’ll work an average of 38 hours per week, following a 2 days on, 4 days off shift pattern, including 2 sleep-ins. Plus, enjoy generous allowances for bank holidays, overtime, and a performance-related bonus scheme!

• Full manual driving license
• Ability to work independently with high accuracy and maintain clear records
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive team player attitude
• Capability to complete daily records in line with statutory and policy requirements
• Empathetic nature
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to engage, motivate, and encourage young people

• Previous experience working with young people
• Willingness to pursue a fully funded qualification in Level 3 Children and Young People (or already qualified)
