This is a fantastic opportunity to work full-time (35 hours per week) plus sleep-in shifts, with the potential to earn up to £27,983.80 !

Your RoleAs a Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in engaging, motivating, and encouraging young people in their individual flats or shared houses. Your responsibilities will include:
- Offering practical support and guidance in line with individual care plans to help young people develop essential life skills.
- Maintaining positive relationships with young people, staff, and professionals through effective communication.
- Supporting young people in Education, Employment, and Training, ensuring their progress is documented and submitted to instructors.
- Building community links with educational provisions, sports centers, and youth clubs.
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- Flexibility in your availability for shift work, including sleep-in nights, evenings, and weekends.
- A qualification such as the Residential Childcare/Families Practitioner Diploma, Children and Young People's Workforce, or NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or a willingness to pursue one).
- Experience with attachment and trauma, as well as challenging behavior or mental health issues (desirable).
- An understanding of the challenges faced by young people in care.
- A full driving license and access to a vehicle (desirable), though good public transport links are available.
- Intermediate computer skills.
