Concierge internal medicine practice with a small, highly manageable patient panel Longer patient visits and relationship-driven care Predominantly Medicare and geriatric population Lean practice operation with one medical assistant Focus on guideline-based internal medicine, with some wellness services Limited house calls for homebound patients only Ideal Candidate
MD or DO required Internal Medicine preferred; Family Medicine considered on a case-by-case basis Comfortable caring for an older patient population Values continuity, autonomy, and long-term patient relationships
