The Luke Ortgessen Agency with COUNTRY Financial is hiring a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our high-performing team in Littleton, Colorado.

Compensation: $52,000$65,000 per year, based on experience
Schedule: Hybrid 3 days in office / 2 days remote

Responsibilities
- This position will involve providing excellent service to our existing clients. Duties to include quoting, reviewing and recommending coverages. As well as written and oral communication with our clients to service their insurance needs.
- Customer Support Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, text, or in person with timely and accurate resolutions.
- Issue Resolution Identify client needs and provide solutions or escalate to the appropriate department
- Product Knowledge Stay up to date on company processes, products, and services to offer relevant information
- Problem Solving Handle customer concerns with professionalism and empathy, turning challenges into positive experiences
- Collaboration Work closely with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
Requirements
- A Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
