Job Description

About the Practice

We are a well-established, patient-centered pediatric practice dedicated to providing high-quality, personalized care to children and families in our community. Our collaborative team of experienced providers and medical assistants works together to create a supportive environment where physicians can focus on what matters most—excellent patient care.

We intentionally maintain a low-volume practice model, allowing providers to spend meaningful time with patients and build lasting relationships with families.

About the Role

We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible pediatrician with at least 3 years of clinical experience to join our growing practice beginning September 2026.

This role offers the opportunity to maintain and grow your own patient panel while practicing in a collaborative and supportive environment. Physicians enjoy a high degree of autonomy while being supported by an experienced clinical team.

We are open to both full-time and part-time candidates and offer a flexible schedule designed to promote a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality pediatric care to infants, children, and adolescents
  • Develop and maintain a dedicated patient panel while fostering long-term relationships with families
  • Collaborate with physicians and staff to deliver a positive patient experience
  • Support the practice’s commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care

Position Highlights

  • Full-time (30+ hours/week) or part-time (minimum 20 hours/week)
  • Flexible schedule, typically 3–4 clinical days per week
  • Approximately one weekend per month
  • Phone-only call coverage approximately once per week
  • No hospital rounding required

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive salary based on experience
  • Paid time off (PTO)
  • CME allowance
  • 401(k) retirement plan
  • Flexible schedule supporting excellent work-life balance
  • Practice model that prioritizes quality of care over volume

Benefits:

  • 401(k) matching
  • Dental insurance
  • Health insurance
  • Malpractice insurance
  • Paid time off
  • Vision insurance
