$325,000+ base + incentives High clinical and surgical volume Strong premium conversion (~60%) LASIK exposure Full benefits package Work Schedule
Full-time outpatient + surgical schedule Balanced clinic and OR time Key Responsibilities
Perform cataract surgery Manage comprehensive ophthalmic care Educate patients on treatment options Collaborate with care team Required Qualifications
Board Certified/Eligible Ophthalmologist Active or eligible NY license Fluency in Korean or Chinese required Skills & Competencies
Strong cataract surgical skills Experience with premium IOLs Strong communication skills Cultural competency in patient care
