This is an outstanding opportunity to build and grow a subspecialized practice within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment — all just 30 minutes from downtown Chicago.You’ll work alongside a collegial team of surgeons and specialists within a system that prioritizes quality care, physician autonomy, and work-life balance.---# Position Highlights
Full-time, hospital-employed Plastic Surgery position
Focus on Breast Reconstruction with access to general plastic and reconstructive cases
Inpatient and outpatient surgical practice
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Plastic Surgery
Fellowship training in Breast Reconstruction required
Supportive, team-based environment with APP and clinical staff support
EPIC EMR utilized in all inpatient and outpatient settings (HIMSS Stage VII — top 5% nationally)
Opportunity to design your practice around your clinical interests and expertise
