OB/GYN Physician Opportunity – Boca Raton, Florida Join a Thriving, Well-Established Women’s Health Practice A rapidly growing women’s health group in Boca Raton, Florida is seeking an additional Board-Certified or Board-Eligible OB/GYN physician to support increasing patient volume. This long-standing practice is known for exceptional patient care, a strong clinical team, and a supportive, collaborative environment that prioritizes work-life balance. Practice Overview Primary Office (Boca Raton): Located on a hospital campus for added convenience 11 exam and procedure rooms In-house ultrasound services and bone density testing Extended operating hours: Monday–Friday: 6:30 AM–7:00 PM Saturday: 7:00 AM–5:00 PM (covered by advanced practice providers) Secondary Office (Nearby): Located approximately 15 minutes away 4 exam rooms Open four days per week The practice is staffed by multiple Board-Certified OB/GYN physicians and a large team of highly trained advanced practice providers who support patient care and assist with call coverage. Flexibility & Work-Life Balance This opportunity is ideal for physicians seeking both stability and flexibility. The group offers: Customizable schedules Negotiable call assignments Options for full-time, part-time, or alternative work arrangements Their practice philosophy emphasizes accessible, high-quality care while ensuring providers maintain a balanced family and personal life. Clinical Breakdown 65% Gynecology / 35% Obstetrics Average Deliveries: 6–7 per month per physician Robust surgical volume, with an outpatient surgery center conveniently located on the same floor as the main office First-call duties managed by advanced practice providers Call frequency tailored to physician preference Hospital Affiliation The practice is affiliated with a local hospital featuring: 24/7 anesthesia and pediatric coverage A Level III nursery A strong team of hospitalists who manage call coverage for a significant portion of each month Mid-level providers assisting with daily hospital rounds Patient Population Primarily middle-class, commercially insured patients Approximately 75% PPO/HMO/commercial insurance Approximately 25% Medicare No Medicaid coverage Salary $300k-$350k plus benefits
