Job # 24240: Glaucoma Surgeon – Tucson, AZ locations - $300K+ Salary and Benefits Net production compensation structure based on collections. Steady every 2 week draw with overage paid the following month. (performance based) Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K plan, Life Insurance, Long and Short-term Disability Insurance, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), malpractice Ideal Candidate will be: Board Certified Ophthalmologist Fellowship Trained Glaucoma Surgeon Comfortable with a high-volume practice 2+ years of experience Comfortable with advance and new techniques Other Information Exclusively glaucoma surgeries, very little if any cataract work Combination of invasive and less invasive procedures Join scribes and a full-time surgical staff Work 8-hour shifts Monday – Friday Very light call schedule If interested contact Noelle at
