Residential Childcare Support Worker

Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
Specific Hours: 38 hours per week
Salary: Unqualified: Up to £32,375.89 with sleep-in shifts
Qualified: Up to £33,640.53 with sleep-in shifts

We are excited to invite passionate individuals to join our team as Residential Childcare Workers in our residential homes!

As a vital member of our team, you will work closely with young people facing challenges. We’re looking for someone who is flexible, resilient, and organized, with a genuine commitment to providing high-quality childcare. Your efforts will help these young individuals achieve their best possible outcomes.

This is a permanent position with fantastic career growth opportunities and a comprehensive training program. You’ll enjoy a balanced work schedule of 2 days on and 4 days off, including 2 sleep-ins. • Full manual driving license
• Ability to work independently with high accuracy and maintain clear records
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive team player attitude
• Capability to complete daily records in line with statutory and policy requirements
• Empathetic nature
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to engage, motivate, and encourage young people

• Previous experience working with young people
• Willingness to pursue a fully funded qualification in Level 3 Children and Young People (or already qualified)
