You’ll use your insurance knowledge and sales skills to help customers understand the value of protection while building long-term relationships.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed new business production goals.

• Generate leads and new business through calls, networking, referrals, and marketing.

• Maintain consistent phone activity and sales quotas.

• Build strong client relationships through follow-up and personalized service.

• Proactively prospect using referrals, databases, and local outreach.

Requirements

• Property & Casualty license REQUIRED .

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) REQUIRED .

• Confident, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.

• Strong at opening doors, setting appointments, and closing sales.

• Excellent communication, listening, and relationship-building skills.

• Responsive and dependable with a strong sense of urgency.
