As a Table Games Dealer, your primary goal is to deliver outstanding service to our players while ensuring game integrity and adherence to policies and procedures.

What You’ll Contribute:

• Deal Live Table Games: Conduct live games efficiently and professionally, ensuring a fantastic guest experience.
• Bet Management: Accurately pay winning bets and collect losing bets.
• Game Security: Ensure the security and protection of the game.
• Game Knowledge: Maintain thorough knowledge of game procedures and “House Rules.”
• Guest Interaction: Maintain a friendly and fun attitude to ensure our guests have an enjoyable gaming experience.

What You Bring:

• Experience: Previous experience dealing Table Games, including Blackjack, Craps, or Roulette.
• Customer Service: Excellent employee and customer service skills are essential.
• Skills: Successful completion of basic math tests and display of adequate gaming skills.
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

Licenses & Certifications: Must be able to obtain and maintain an Iowa Gaming License.
