Warehouse Assistant

Job Description

We are a company specializing in installation of luxury furniture and millwork in luxury retail stores, hotels, offices and private residences looking for a Warehouse Assistant to join our team. The Warehouse Assistant will support the Project Manager in daily operations, ensuring a smooth workflow and efficient inventory management. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Manager in overseeing daily warehouse operations.
• Help manage inventory control, including tracking stock levels and processing orders.
• Ensure the safe and efficient operation of warehouse equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize processes.
• Support the implementation of warehouse procedures.
• Upload images of all incoming and outgoing packages, crates, materials, tools.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred.
• Knowledge of tools and materials in construction industry. 
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks as required.
• Ability to operate a forklift
• Driver's license a requirement.
• Ability to operate a truck.
• Spanish and English required. (Italian a plus)
