We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our growing team as a Warehouse Associate. 

Schedules: 

Schedule 1: Monday-Friday from 12:30 PM to 1PM

Schedule 2: Monday - Friday from 10AM to 6:30PM

Schedule 3: Monday -Friday from 8AM to 4:30PM

You will be responsible for the following tasks:

Schedule 1: 

• Fulfilling orders accurately and in a timely manner.

• Verifying orders using the MobileSentrix app.

• Boxing, wrapping, and packing merchandise according to company procedures and quality standards.

• Isolating and labeling damaged or defective items in a designated area, and reporting them to your manager.

• Performing additional tasks as assigned by your supervisor.

• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.

Schedule 2: 

• Receive packed items from the quality control department and take them to the Warehouse department

• Scan the SKU of each item and ensure that scanned items are placed in the appropriate designated stations 

• Communicate any discrepancies or issues with scanned items to the relevant departments for resolution.

• Doing basic repairing, if necessary

• Maintaining a clean and organized work area

• Adhering to all company policies and procedures.

• Other tasks as assigned in any department

Schedule 3: 

• Welcome delivery trucks and receive shipments

• Accommodate and carefully handle fragile merchandise

• Record and manage all impaired or damaged merchandise items

• Perform regular physical inventories of parts in the warehouse. Maintain inventory records

• Handle restocking/replenishing shelves

• Prepare large orders for our other locations

• Make sure the dock and box preparation areas are neat and clean

• Assist with other tasks as assigned

Qualification for this position:

• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, as many warehouse items are cumbersome and heavy

• Ability to maintain a high level of physicality for prolonged periods and working primarily standing

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

• Interpersonal skills are essential, as working as a team is vital to maintaining and organized warehouse

• Typing and record keeping skills necessary to provide accurate information for managers and supervisors regarding warehouse inventory

• Ability to problem solve quickly and prioritize daily tasks according to their importance

• Customer service mentality is beneficial to ensure a positive customer experience by shipping items to a high standard
