Warehouse Associate Responsibilities:

• Process incoming and outgoing shipments using ERP/WMS systems
• Verify shipments against packing lists and resolve discrepancies
• Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records
• Assist with inventory adjustments and discrepancy resolution
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace following 5S standards
• Operate forklifts (certification available if needed)
• Follow safety and ESD handling procedures
• Support process improvements and workflow efficiency
• Collaborate with team members to meet operational needs

Warehouse Associate Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1–2+ years of warehouse experience (manufacturing preferred)
• Basic experience with ERP/WMS systems
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and follow safety guidelines

Warehouse Associate Preferred:

• 2–4 years of warehouse experience
• Familiarity with 5S and inventory processes
• Forklift experience or willingness to be certified
• Strong organizational and teamwork skills
