Job Title: Picker / Packer
Location: Garfield Heights, OH 44125
Duration: 12+ Month (Possible to hire)
Shift
1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Note: Experience Required: 6+ months in a warehouse or manufacturing environment

Job Description:
We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Picker / Packers to support warehouse and production operations. This role is responsible for picking, packaging, labeling, and inspecting products to ensure they meet quality and safety standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick and pack products according to production schedules and company procedures
• Inspect items for defects and verify quality standards are met
• Label and prepare products for shipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all safety regulations and company policies
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
• Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals

Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 months of warehouse or manufacturing experience
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs as required
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work assigned shifts consistently
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
