Job Description

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

As a Warehouse Associate performing essential skilled labor duties, your daily responsibilities will include:

· Customer-Focused Order Processing: Process orders while maintaining the highest level of customer service. You'll interact with trade professionals and DIY enthusiasts alike, ensuring their needs are met with precision.

· Hands-On Metal Handling: Cut customer orders to specification using various metal cutting equipment, including band saws and hydraulic shears.

· Material Movement: Safely operate a forklift to move and organize materials throughout the warehouse.

· Receiving & Inventory Management: Receive, identify, record, and stock incoming materials while ensuring inventory accuracy.

· Equipment Maintenance: Assist in the upkeep of critical equipment (forklifts, saws, etc.) with a strong focus on health and safety.

· Warehouse Organization: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with all safety regulations.

· Additional Duties: Perform other related tasks as needed to support our operations.
