Job Description
Highbar is looking for an operations associate to distribute products to our customers and receive, organize, and stage product in our warehouse.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload delivery vehicles and outbound trucks
- Move, count and organize inventory
- Pick necessary product for staging
- "Build" and wrap pallets of outgoing product
- Stage outgoing build pallets
- Communicate with fellow operations personnel on a wide range of inventory related issues and topics
- Work as part of a team to complete daily inventory prep
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift, move and deliver product of all shapes, sizes, and weight, including heavy bulk items
- Ability to handle light assembly of chairs, bookcases, desks, tables, stands, mail sorters, etc
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Drivers License in good standing
- Excellent attendance

- Proven working experience as a warehouse associate
- Ability to operate hand truck, forklift and pallet jack
