Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced CDL driver to be part of our team. Must have a strong work ethic to be part of our dynamic concrete and excavation team building Parks, Streets, ADA ramps, Downtown restorations, etc. We do not expect you to know everything; we encourage learning and advancement; if you are a hardworking individual who aspires to learn and progress in a growing company we encourage you to apply

Job Responsibilities:

• Inspect truck and equipment and report any issues
• Ability to drive concrete mixer trucks
• Conduct daily pre-trip/post-trip vehicle inspections, including cleaning concrete buildup
• Maintain accurate delivery records and logs
• Must be willing to travel during the week throughout Oregon

Skills and Qualifications:

• Must have Ready Mix Driving experience
• Reliable transportation
• Valid CDL A & Medical card
• Be drug free
• Ability to drive manual is preferred
• Must be able to a flexible schedule as hours may vary
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds frequently
• Hard working and Self-Motivation important
• Mechanically inclined is a bonus
• Ability to drive dump truck or mobile mix concrete trucks are preferred, but not required

Pay and Benefits:

• Hours: Monday - Friday
• No Weekends!
• Pay: $35.74
• Company PAID Health, Dental & Pharmacy.
• Accruing Vacation Pay, 6 Paid Holidays, and 401k opportunities (company matching) after 60 day waiting period.
