Schedule: 8AM - 4:30PM Monday - Friday
Starting Salary: $45,000 - $60,000
Job Summary :
We are seeking a dependable, mechanically inclined Warehouse Operations & Mechanical Maintenance Specialist to join our operations team. This role combines traditional warehouse responsibilities with hands-on equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with automotive repair, mechanical, construction, or trade experience who wants a stable, full-time role with growth potential, while still working with tools and equipment.
You won’t just move product, you’ll help maintain the equipment that keeps our operation running.

Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming stock and materials.
- Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently.
- Organize and maintain inventory and storage areas.
- Perform inventory counts and report discrepancies.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Assist with loading and unloading delivery trucks.
- Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Equipment maintenance : Equipment Inspections, troubleshooting, minor repairs, adjustments, or general upkeep of tools and machinery.
Requirements:
- Must have a valid drivers license and reliable means of transportation.
- Experience operating forklift and/or heavy equipment.
- Mechanical aptitude and strong hands-on skills.
- Experience in automotive repair, construction, equipment maintenance, or shop environments.
- Willing to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- High school diploma.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience a plus, but not required.
- Works well within a team.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Forklift certification is a plus.
- Basic computer or handheld scanner skills preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but mechanical ability and work ethic are more important.
